Red Carpet Affair: Golden Globes 2013

When it comes to one of the most glamorous annual affairs, the Golden Globes are more about the Red Carpet looks than the award show itself. Nude and blush toned gowns clung to the stars, crimson-hued frocks popped in elegant silks, and provocative high-slits turned heads.

I spent my Sunday evening ogling at the fabulous ladies of Hollywood flaunt gorgeous dresses, ranging from cut-out fits to jewel encrusted gowns. However, there were many hits and misses. Even though everyone didn't walk away with the treasured Golden Globe award, the following ladies were winners with their impeccable style.

ImageHayden Panettiere in a light blush Roberto Cavalli number. She perfects simple sophistication with this look.

J.Lo in a stunning embroidered lace Zuhair Murad number. Although she dons a showy dress, her styling is exquisite from the jewels to her one-sided Veronica Lake 'do.

Lea Michele in an ivory Elie Saab number. She smolders in a light dress that off sets her tanned complexion and makes a statement with a high slit.

Eva Longoria in a black lace Emilio Pucci number. Settled against a black shade, her dress wows with both a front and back cut out and high slit on an elongated chiffon tail.
